Black Lemon

Black Lemon is a Gouda style cheese made from cows milk. A unique liquorice flavour is front and centre with a refreshing lemon finish, and a smooth, soft mouth feel.

Charcoal is added to the cheese to obtain that "blackened" look. Charcoal is known from purifying the body, and the cheese is also enriched with vitamin D.
