Boer'n Trots Honey Goat

This goat milk cheese is so creamy, it melts in your mouth. During the cheese making process, a little honey is added to the curd. The cheese is then hand washed with a mixture of real honey and then ripened for 20 weeks. Thanks to this addition, the cheese has wonderful slightly sweet taste.
